A scary prospect…so making the decision was not an easy one! While it feels liberating and spacious (which is mainly why I have chosen this), it also requires a major re-vamping of life – of finances, of expectations, of day-to-day activities and habits…So here is a prime example how we cling to what we like and shy away from what we dislike. I have been waffling back and forth lately and it can be a challenging place to be when one is already a deep thinker…so trying to let go of those thoughts and using all my yogic tools has kept me afloat in many ways!
Moving forward, I am letting go of the regular teaching of my classes and aiming to spend more time on my own practices. Thanks to so many of you who have supported and attended my classes over the years; I trust this new phase of my own life will prove to be insightful and meaningful and I know you will find YOUR way too…
Namaste and thank you ALL!!
Anne 🙂

Hello Anne congratulations on your retirement. Everyone in my family that has retired is so enjoying their time and independence. I hope you find it fulfilling.
I have recently subscribed to your blog and started using your online videos as I am getting back into yoga and fitness. I will miss you. You are my favourite all time teacher!
