Passes are back for in-person classes only to give you the most flexibility in attending a class.
Spring 2024 in-person classes resume Tue. Apr. 2, 2024 until mid-June (end date to be confirmed).
TERMS:
- large spacious room on second floor
- in-person classes are NOT recorded
- public washrooms on site; ample parking
- bring your own mat and yoga props
- facility follows City of Ottawa cleaning and disinfection protocols
- Active and energizing class including movement, balance, and breath work. Suitable for people without injuries and with some experience with yoga.
- Grounding and meditative class with mostly seated and lying-down poses held passively for up to 5 minutes during the YIN YOGA portion (usually first 1/2 hour) followed by GENTLE YOGA with movement and breath awareness. A “yin and yang” class! Suitable for newcomers to yoga, or for anyone looking for a gentler yoga class.
