Season’s Greetings! I am making progress in the healing department slowly but surely. While I continue to work around my own physical limitations on the mat, I’m looking forward to coaching and guiding you through YOUR practice come the new year. Tuesdays starting Jan. 17 – 9:15 – 10:15 am
