Loving this flip-flop wearing weather! Throw on a pair of spandex shorts and come join me on the mat over the next couple of months. Lots of changes coming up with my classes; sad to say that Maitreya Yoga Studio is closing at the end of July. I will be a “free agent” of sorts for awhile until I know what my next gig will be but will continue with Wednesday Yoga-Pilates classes at NCAC in the fall. Stay tuned for updates…
